For Flash:
- If a pop-up window appears and nothing happens you need to get the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player. Older versions are not compatable with this webcast.
- If you can see the presentation, but can not hear it make sure that the volume on your PC is turned up and set to the proper output (consult Windows help if you're not sure how to do this). Also, if you use external speakers make sure that they are connected properly and turned on. If the problem still persists refer to step 1.
For Windows Media Player:
- your computer asks you "Which program would you like to open this file file with?", it means you may need to download & install Microsoft Windows Media Player. Click here to get the free software. Follow the installation steps and try again.
- If you know you have Windows Media Player and/or the file still does not stream you may a have a non-streaming version. Click the appropriate following link to download the entire file to your hard-drive (Please note where you are putting it. You will have to find it again. The desktop should be fine). After it has downloaded you can play it with your installed version of Windows Media Player
