Nick Holland
CA, Acting Chief Financial Officer
Nick Holland has broad experience in general management and financial and tax administration. He completed his CA training at Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte and Touche), and worked as a tax consultant at Ernst & Whinney (now KPMG Canada) from 1975 to 1980. Since 1980, Nick has acted as director of finance and administration at Candeco Limited, a private corporation with interests in a foundry, venture capital, real estate and marketable securities. From 1988 to 1995, he also collaborated with Fred Hirshfeld, Jan Holland and another partner in the formation and operation of the Moneylogic Protected Capital Fund, the first Canadian-based commodity pool to feature a principal guarantee. Nick is a graduate of the University of Toronto, the Canadian Securities, Canadian Investment Manager and Canadian Commodities Supervisors Courses. Nick is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the International Fiscal Association and the Finance and Audit Committee of the Canadian Cancer Institute, the research arm of the Canadian Cancer Society.

Jenny is a professional accountant with more than 10 years of experience, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and administration. At Tricycle, Jenny analyzes the firm's fund and trading activities. In addition, she oversees the general accounting activities and financial information provided by Tricycle Client Services (IFDS). Her extensive experience is invaluable to Tricycle.
